We wantyou to feel fully confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a thoughtful andtransparent return policy.If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a returnwithin 7 days of receiving your piece. The item must be:
Unworn and in original condition.
Returned with all original packaging and certification.
Shipped back using a fully insured, trackable service.
Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original paymentmethod, minus shipping costs. Please note: custom, personalized, or made-to-orderpieces are final sale and not eligible for return.
VEMERALDS reserves the right to decline a return if the item does not meet ourreturn conditions after inspection. Our team will always handle these cases with careand transparency.
Exchanges
We are happy to assist with exchanges for eligible items. If you wish to exchange apiece for a different size or model, please contact our team within the 7-day window.
Custom & Bespoke Pieces
All custom, made-to-order, or bespoke designs are created uniquely for you. For this reason, they are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We ensure a thorough design process so you are fully confident before production begins.
